TVNZ’s membership follows the recent introduction of Associate Membership to the NPA, enabling a broader range of news publishers and news-producing organisations to participate in the Association’s work and contribute to a stronger collective voice for trusted journalism in New Zealand.

As New Zealand’s media landscape continues to evolve, and with significant commercial, regulatory and public policy issues facing the sector, the NPA remains focused on bringing news organisations together to advocate for the sustainability and importance of quality journalism.

NPA Chair Grant McKenzie said TVNZ’s membership reflects the value of industry-wide collaboration.
